I have worked in the financial services industry for 21 years and started Zeo Finance in 2017 in order to offer quality, independent mortgage advice. In my spare time I’m out and about with my wife and children, sometimes I get a chance to play the guitar and enjoy the morning views after wild camping on a mountain.

I am a seasoned mortgage adviser with over 20 years’ experience helping clients navigate even the most challenging cases—from complex income and credit situations to unconventional income streams, helping overseas nationals and portfolio landlords with tricky buy-to-let scenarios. My passion lies in turning what others might see as obstacles into successful outcomes and recognising the importance of building relationships with clients, being available to go through each step is an important element for me when securing a mortgage for clients.
Outside of work, I am an avid sea swimmer, regularly braving the tides for a refreshing dip. When I’m not in the water, I’m walking the dog along scenic coastal paths or sampling local ciders, always on the lookout for a new favourite. Ross brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to his clients—whether conquering tough mortgages or discovering a crisp, new cider blend.

I’ve worked in the financial services sector for 9 years and joined the Zeo family this year. Since working with Zeo, I have specialised in protection whilst also being a Senior Case Manager for mortgages. Helping clients into their first or new home is something that I really love and ensuring that it is correctly protected is very important to me. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, walking with my dog and losing myself in a good book.
